Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Windhoek Namibia. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the TecsaReco branch, managing staff, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve daily interaction with customers, staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance tracking.
Applicant must be a Namibian citizen.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Experience in sales, inventory management, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the home appliance industry,hvac and refrigeration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Administration or related field
  • Prior experience as a Branch Manager or similar role is a plus
