Qualifications

Degree: Business Commerce (Min)

Post Grad Degree: Business Commerce (Pref)

Additional Information

Experience:

3-4 years: Experience in developing, designing and enabling segment value propositions. Strong understanding of digital, open banking and platform integrations.

5-7 years: Experience in all facets of consumer banking, including heading up a segment. Knowledge and experience of Affluent consumers, their needs and their markets gained from an extended period of industry experience and a proven track record in organisations of comparable size and complexity. Experience in managing an income statement and balance sheet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the consistent implementation and adoption of the Private Banking value propositions and provides feedback to various domains and capabilities.
  • Inspires the team to deliver on the Group’s shared purpose and instilling a culture which enables the Group to evolve into a client led platform organisation.
  • Monitor and take action to improve banking operational efficiency and effectiveness, including engaging agents, service providers and support functions to resolve issues, reviewing procedures and automating processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and reduce cost.
  • Oversee the identification of agent and staff skill and knowledge gaps as it pertains to Banking and works with the Learning and Development team to develop training content and plans to close these gaps.
  • Monitor conformance to branding and merchandising standards by agents and branches and take action to ensure conformance.
