Role Overview:

Analyze financial reports as well as interpret the current and projected company financial position Co-ordinate the budget process and variance reporting by making use of predictive modelling

Are you someone who can:

  • Prepare reports and financial statements in line with accounting practices
  • Identify, control, and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs.
  • Forecast, manage, and optimize financial resources ensuring all expenditure is in line with the agreed budget.
  • Analyze financial transactions and statements against budget to identify and monitor data against forecast for correction of potential weak areas report to CEO.
  • Conduct taxation planning in line with current legislation to minimize tax liability.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • A minimum qualification: Relevant Financial Management / Accounting Degree or Advanced Diploma
  • 3-5 years in a similar environment of which 1-2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
  • Banking or Financial Industry experience as an added advantage
