Are you someone who can:
- Drive business growth by proactively identifying and originating new commercial property finance deals, contributing directly to FNB’s financial performance targets.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of commercial clients, focusing on the viability, growth potential, and cash flow of their commercial property ventures.
- Champion exceptional client service by delivering initiative-taking, innovative, and tailored solutions that exceed expectations throughout the deal origination and credit assessment journey.
- Collaborate effectively on credit decisions by partnering with internal stakeholders, providing valuable insights, and applying credit policy to commercial property finance transactions.
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility.
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Relevant Post Graduate Degree in Finance or Economics or Accounting
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
