Job Overview: Distribution Partner Manager
Location: Namibia (Interpack)
Type: Full-time, Sales
Travel: 0–10%
The primary objective of this role is to drive Red Bull’s business growth in Namibia by managing the relationship with the Distribution Partner. This includes developing annual business plans, tracking KPIs, and increasing product distribution and volume.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and agree upon annual business plans with the Distributor.
Performance Tracking: Drive key initiatives and monitor KPIs in alignment with company strategy.
Execution: Enhance market distribution and sales execution.
Operational Management: Oversee business operations managed through the Distributor Partner.
Required Experience and Skills
Sales Management: Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience within Namibia.
Distributor Expertise: Proven track record in premium sales and managing business through third-party distributors.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local distribution dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to implement business strategies, interpret financial statements, and analyze market trends.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, high integrity, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and related software.
Education and Language
Education: University Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field; an MBA is considered a plus.
Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of local dialects is beneficial.
