The purpose of this role is to provide monthly statutory, regulatory and management reporting for RMB NamibiaHello Future Management Accountant

The role plays a critical part in enabling sound decision-making, ensuring compliance, and creating value for the organisation, its clients, and shareholders.

Are you someone who can:
- Deliver accurate, timely and insightful management reporting and analysis to support effective business decision-making on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Engage closely with business units to understand financial performance, identify trends, continuously improve reporting processes and to assist them in their strategy development, financial reporting, tax and costing.
- Ensure the accuracy, validity and completeness of statutory reporting, including compiling the FAS pack and reconciling data to regulatory submissions.
- Preparation of annual divisional Income statements, balance sheet, budgets and Board pack and monitoring of all Balance Sheet accounts and preparation of monthly suspense accounts summaries for MANCO reporting.
- Compile and manage budgets and forecasts per business unit, and support budget presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders, communicating effectively at all levels.
- Integrate data, insights and inputs from multiple sources to provide meaningful analysis.
- Identify opportunities to leverage relationships and promote knowledge sharing to enhance collaboration and reporting effectiveness.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a Bachelor of Accounting, with completed articles signed off by the Public Accountants’ and Auditors’ Board.
- Are a Registered Chartered Accountant, CA, with ICAN.
