Position: Part Sales Assistant
Location: Okahandja
Type: Internal/External Vacancy
Role Overview
To maximize sales and profitability by creating confidence in the Dealership by providing service excellence and professionalism. Consistently ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in guest contact and communication.
Key Performance Areas
Assist with selling of Toyota and Hino parts to achieve set targets.
Achieving highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate identification of guests’ needs.
Assist with processing of orders/quotes speedily and accurately.
Follow prescribed cash and credit processing procedures of the dealership.
Assist with daily perpetual stock counts.
Return parts as required at point of sale.
Assist with regular stock counts.
Housekeeping.
Ad hoc tasks if and when required.

Willing and able to work on Saturdays.

Experience & Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate.
Valid Driver’s License.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in parts sales or a related role.
Computer Literacy (MS Office & Motadata or similar).
Toyota franchise experience will be advantageous.
Language Proficiency.
