FITMENT TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: WALVIS BAY

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient installation of accessories on passenger and light commercial vehicles.

  • Adhere to a “first-time right” approach in all tasks to minimize errors and rework.

  • Deliver high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist technicians during vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Minimize waste of time, materials, and equipment through efficient work practices.

  • Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure readiness and functionality.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Exercise utmost caution to prevent any damage to vehicles during all operations.

  • Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with all departments.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in vehicle accessory fitment with a proven track record of quality and efficiency.

  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications.

  • Valid driver’s license required.
