Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the aftermarket parts sector
- Founded technical in-depth parts expertise
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow and give clear instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- A dynamic, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving
- High level of organizational and strategic planning abilities
