Job Specification
- Perform daily collections administration tasks in Payroll, EFT Collections and Pre-Legal recoveries including pay-date management
- Meet daily/weekly targets
- Timely and effective collection of instalments
- Improve the overall collections performance, legal recoveries and reduce debt write-off
- Compile and dispatch monthly invoices to clients
- Make outbound calls in accordance with predetermined schedules
- Follow up on arrear instalments, conclude reasonable payment arrangements
- Ensure correct allocation of receipts
- Attend and resolve client queries
- Provide ad-hoc and weekly reporting as and when required
- Follow standardised processes and provide administrative support in line with normal business functioning
- Deliver on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Namibian Citizenship
- Grade 12 with minimum 25 points
- Relevant tertiary degree or diploma (minimum NQF level 7) essential
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office suites i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong telephony skills experience is advantageous
- Ability to analyse, interpret and action client accounts
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills
- Self-managed and strong team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic with a high degree of accuracy
- Deadline and target driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- High sense of client care
