Job Description

Dema Construction cc is seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor Graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support cost control, tendering, valuation processes, and overall project commercial functions while developing professionally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents.
  • Support cost estimation and cost control activities.
  • Assist with site measurements and valuations.
  • Help compile project progress reports.
  • Work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project managers.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Namibian citizen (Certified copy of ID required).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of construction processes and measurement principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office; QS software experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range

The position is graded under the Paterson Job Grading System at level B (Entry-Level / Graduate). Remuneration aligns with company salary structures.
