Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers and project managers with project planning and execution.
- Conduct site inspections and collect technical data.
- Support the preparation of engineering reports and documentation.
- Participate in quality control and safety compliance activities.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Namibian citizen (Certified copy of ID required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
- Computer literacy including MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary Range
he position is graded under the Paterson Job Grading System at level B (Entry-Level / Graduate). Remuneration aligns with company salary structures.
