Vacancy Opening: X1 Logistics Administrator (Internal and External)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse inventory operations, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock control.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and support replenishment planning.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and operations teams to meet inventory needs.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards in all inventory handling and storage activities.
  • Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data accuracy and reporting.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in mining or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory control software.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
