PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and implementing HR policies, talent management strategies to support business growth as well as leading employee engagement activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Support performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement learning and development programmes.
Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
- Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
