Job Description

To execute, administer and coordinate Hartlief trade marketing plan by providing excellent operational and logistical support to the Hartlief Sales & Marketing teams to contribute to the achievement of sales volume and market share.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Contribute to the development of BTL trade execution plans including marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and events in line with brand activity calendars.
  • Drive BTL execution standards in line with Channel Plans.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end sourcing process for BTL marketing assets, including RFQ submission, vendor selection, approval processes, and generating SAP PRs.
  • Coordinate vendor delivery of BTL elements OTIF for timely distribution to sales teams.
  • Prepare trade briefs and representative information pages to support BTL execution.
  • Deliver trade executions OTIF for all brand campaigns and activities.
  • Evaluate and report on promotional executions and effectiveness to ensure compliance.
  • Train and brief merchandisers on merchandising compliance.
  • Conduct regular trade visits to ensure compliance and support sales teams with identified opportunities.
  • Manage the BTL budget and report any over or under expenditure.
  • Assist the Marketing department in formulating and implementing BTL projects.
  • Provide marketing project support during the development of new products.
  • Execute regional events to support, promote, and build brands.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales, Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
  • Proficient in Cost Centre Management and relevant SAP experience.
  • A valid Code B/BE driver’s license.
