Job Description

Perform the provisioning and administration functions of both shore and vessels.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide vessel crewing and departure support.
  • Administer provisions for vessels.
  • Handle fry administration and distribution.
  • Assist with administration of clock cards, leave forms, and related queries.
  • Act as an intermediary between internal departments and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in English.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a General Office Clerk, preferably in the fishing industry (working with fishing vessels).
  • Background knowledge of working with DMA and MFMR.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B).
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
