Warehouse Clerk Required

Number of positions: 1 | Internal/External
Division: Supply Chain (Husab site)

Purpose of the Job

To support warehouse operations through the accurate capture, maintenance and management of information within the warehouse management system, ensuring data integrity, efficient inventory control and effective warehouse administration.

Key Performance Areas

• Capture and maintain warehouse inventory information accurately.
• Process the receipt and issue of materials within the warehouse management system.
• Monitor and update stock records to ensure data accuracy.
• Support inventory control and reporting activities.
• Conduct routine system checks and assist with data verification processes.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and administrative records.
• Support warehouse operations through effective information management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Grade 10 / 12 certificate with 20 points or above.
• Training or certification in warehouse management systems will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a mining or industrial environment.
• Experience working with warehouse management software.
• Exposure to mining operations, plant or maintenance support environments will be advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
• Good computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong data capturing and record-management abilities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
