- 3 Year’s retail experience at a middle management level.
- Strong general management skills and commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Credit management and related legislation.
- Knowledge of current Labour Law.
- Basic Financial and HR knowledge.
- Experience of disciplinary hearings and investigating.
