The Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA Fund) of Namibia is a statutory body established to design, develop, promote, and implement motor vehicle accident and injury prevention measures. It provides assistance, benefits, and a social safety net to persons injured in motor vehicle accidents and to the dependents of those killed in such incidents in accordance with the MVA Fund Act.
