Branch Manager – Expressmark

Job Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Expressmark Riverside Branch, in Windhoek. Ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance and compliance with company standards, while leading and developing the branch personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer relations and sales
• Supplier relations
• Staff Management including training and development
• Budget and Financial Management
• Manage controls and efficiencies of the branch

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Business Management
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in the retail industry, preferably within the Fuel Industry
• Proven experience in supervisory or management role, including budgeting, staff management
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function well under pressure
• Proven computer skills with an excellent command of written and spoken in English and Afrikaans
• Attention to detail, a reliable and accurate person, able to work independently
• Valid drivers license
• Namibian citizenship
