Bid Closing and Opening Date & Time: 24 September 2026 @ 11:00.

Site Meeting: 04 September 2026 @ 12:00 Terminal Building Boardroom, Walvis Bay International.

Bid Documents: The bid documents are available free of charge on our website www.airports.com.na and on Electronic – Government Portal (E-GP).

Delivery: Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the appropriate bid reference number & description addressed to: THE CHAIRPERSON – PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE, PO BOX 23061, WINDHOEK, NAMIBIA.

Sealed envelopes must be deposited into the tender box at Reception Area, 5th Floor, Sanlam Centre, 145 Independence Avenue, Windhoek.
