PathCare Namibia is seeking a Transport and Facility Manager to oversee operations, maintain vehicles and facilities, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the transport department, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and maintain all vehicles and facilities under the organization’s control.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for transport and facility management.
- Monitor and report on transport and facility performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Transport Management or related field.
- Proven experience in managing transport operations and facility maintenance.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using office software and transport management systems.
