Job Summary

Wutow Trading is looking for a motivated individual to join the Wutow Trading team as a Floor & Pre-Dispatch Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the receiving, storage, and preparation of goods for dispatch, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that products are correctly picked, packed, and labelled. Daily tasks include coordinating with warehouse staff, monitoring workflow efficiency, conducting safety checks, and resolving any operational issues that arise on the floor. Liaise with transport planners and drivers to schedule outbound shipments and maintain documentation for customs or internal reporting.

Requirements

Most employers expect a minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, with many preferring a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as a forklift operator licence, health and safety training, or a supervisory management short course can strengthen your application. Practical experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or dispatch coordination is required.
