Job Summary
Omba Arts Trust is a non-profit organization that supports the livelihoods of rural artisans and artists in Namibia. We develop and market handcrafts and San contemporary art. We seek a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to oversee our sales operations and coordinate our logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve Omba’s targets, expand its customer base and maintain customer relations.
- Oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring of logistics including inventory management and distribution.
- Customer service customer relationship management and analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Driver’s license
- Strong English writing and communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Passion to empower marginalized Namibian artisans.
- Ability to work independently in remote areas and camp about 30% of time.
- A degree/diploma in a relevant field and/or experience in sales, retail or logistics will be an advantage.
- Proficient in word, PowerPoint, excel and outlook
- Location in Windhoek
