Job Summary

Applicants are invited to apply for the following permanent position for Life Skills (Grade 8-10) at Mariental Secondary School.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons covering topics like personal development, health, relationships, career guidance, and civic responsibility according to the Namibian curriculum. Assess learners, maintain records, and provide pastoral support or guidance to students.

Requirements

For Teacher (Grading 8): A recognized 4-year qualification on NQF level 7 OR an appropriate 4-year tertiary non-teaching qualification on NQF level 7 plus 1 year teaching qualification.
For Teacher E (Grading 9): A recognized 3-year teaching qualification on NQF level 6 OR an appropriate 3-year tertiary non-teaching qualification on NQF level 6 plus 1 year teaching qualification.
Applications must be done on application form 156043 and 156094. The Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) must evaluate all foreign qualifications. Identity documents (ID) must be attached. Relevant documents must be attached. Two (2) recent testimonials together with Curriculum Vitae must be attached to the application. Incomplete applications will automatically be disqualified.
