Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and store plant downtime systems with data, daily, weekly and monthly reports of plant availability, utilization and maintenance scheduling
  • Maintain plant inventory tracking (carbon solution, bullion)
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operator log sheets and control room reporting
  • Standardize shift log sheets (Daily plant report formats | Data capture procedure across all plant areas)
  • Support technical reporting to senior management and area managers

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Bachelors degree in Metallurgy or Process Engineering
  • 5-8 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Professional Certificate in Metal Account
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI
  • Metal accounting software experience
  • Data analysis capability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
