Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Transactional bankers, Excon and Due Diligence teams) to resolve exceptions ensuring the processing of the payment instruction.
- Capture the payment instruction into relevant payment systems to ensure the payment is released.
- Develop knowledge of TPS products and the TPS Operations (TPSO) processes, systems and procedures to effectively process the payment.
- Identify payment exceptions (e.g. insufficient funds, cover deal challenges) during processing and refer to relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. Processing team, Due Diligence teams) to resolve.
- Remediate the exception as identified in the failed automated process to ensure the release of the payment.
- Develop a clear understanding of the payment exception and correct at source to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- A Degree in Business Commerce/Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-2 years knowledge and practical experience with using computers and relevant programmes and systems to capture and upload data.

- Technical Competencies: Data Analysis & Management, Manual Deal or Trade Processing, Product Related Systems (Business Banking), Project Reporting, Settlement Systems
