People & Culture Director – Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) Namibia

Job Summary
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) Namibia is looking for a People & Culture Director to join our Country Management Team (CMT). This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing our people agenda while partnering closely with the General Manager (GM) and fellow CMT Directors to build a high-performing, engaged and future-ready organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People & Culture strategy aligned with CCBA Namibia’s business priorities
- Act as a strategic partner to the GM and CMT
- Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and change management
- Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development and capability building
- Strengthen performance management, accountability and employee engagement
- Lead employee and industrial relations, ensuring constructive stakeholder engagement and compliance with Namibian labour legislation
- Oversee talent acquisition, reward, benefits and key HR governance processes
- Lead and develop the People & Culture team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Director, Head of HR, or equivalent senior leadership level
- Strong HR/People & Culture leadership experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing or another complex operational environment
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational change
- Strong experience in employee and industrial relations
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to connect the people agenda to business performance
- Relevant university degree; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Namibian labour legislation is highly desirable
- Written & oral ability of English (Proficiency in an indigenous language will be an added advantage)
- A valid Code BE driver’s license is a mandatory requirement for this position
