Key Responsibilities

Support data collection, classroom observations and learner assessments across intervention schools. Maintain accurate records and contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reports. Coordinate with teachers, facilitators and regional education offices for data validation and feedback. Assist in documenting success stories, challenges and lessons learned to inform program improvement.

Requirements

Diploma in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field. Skills in data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in Excel, or data collection tools. Ability to support field monitoring, surveys, and stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with performance indicators and M&E frameworks.
