Job Summary

Onandjaba Village Council as established in terms of the Local Authorities Act 1992 (act No 23 of 1992) as amended is an equal opportunity employer and invites suitable qualified candidates who meet the minimum requirements to apply for the vacant Handyman position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with repairs, installations and maintenance activities
  • Conduct repair inspections and report faults and maintenance activities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs at Council properties
  • Keep records of maintenance work and materials used when working with other staff
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • A National Vocational Certificate Level N1 in Plumbing or related trade
  • Grade 12 Certificate or Plumbing
  • A valid driver’s license code B

Salary

N$ 85 000.00 – N$ 85 832.00 per annum
