Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing educational programs, monitoring teaching standards, and conducting classroom observations at the Community Learning and Development Centre.
- Preparing reports for regional education offices and coordinating with local stakeholders to improve learning outcomes.
- Administrative duties such as budgeting and staff supervision.
Requirements
- An appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 8.
- A 4-year qualification majoring in Adult Education or Community Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact on all levels and to perform under pressure.
- Driver’s License.
