Requirements

An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Human Resource Management at NQF L7 plus nine (9) years appropriate experience in the field of Human Resources Management or equivalent. In the nine years of appropriate experience, five (5) years should be on the level of Chief Human Resource Practitioner Grade 6 or equivalent and probation MUST be confirmed before/on the date of advert. Applicant from outside the Public Service must attach proof of their current levels equivalent to Chief Human Resource Practitioner Grade 6.

N$ 543,055 – N$ 570,914 per annum
