Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical assessments, develop treatment plans for complex cases, and supervise junior therapists and support staff. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage ward or department operations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Represent the department in hospital management meetings and mentor students on clinical placement.

Requirements

Registration with the Health Professions Council of Namibia as an Occupational Therapist, plus Proof of maintenance of registration with the Health Professions Council of Namibia for 2026/2027.

Salary

N$ 372,627 – N$ 445,325
