Job Summary: Employer: Bushwhackers Butchery & Bottle Store, Job Type: Full-time, Location: Windhoek, Namibia, Category: Retail, Closing Date: 2026-10-31. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Business, Monitor staff performance, attendance and productivity, Manage stock orders and discrepancies, Identify operational improvements and assist management with business objectives, Liaise with suppliers and manage orders, deliveries and related documentation, Oversee processing and production activities, Ensure accurate pricing, stock capturing and operational administration. Requirements: Grade 12 / NSSC or equivalent (Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.), At least 1-2 years’ proven supervision experience, Computer literate, with experience using IQ retail software, Microsoft office, POS or business management systems, Good numeracy & basic financial understanding, including stock control, cash-ups and margins, Good written and spoken English, Strong knowledge of stock management, stock taking and inventory control., Ability to work under pressure, manage staff and solve operational problems independently.
