Job Description

Job Summary

The Industry and Cooperative Education Unit is looking for reliable and hardworking UNAM Recent Graduates to intern at National Commission on Research, Science and Technology, based in Windhoek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and assist with legal drafting and document review.
  • Assist with contracts, MoUs, legal opinions and due diligence.
  • Support Board and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes and resolutions.
  • Assist with corporate governance, compliance and maintenance of legal records.
  • Provide general legal and administrative support to the Unit.

Requirements

  • Legal research, analysis and drafting.
  • Basic knowledge of corporate governance and company secretarial practices.
  • Contract review, administration and legal due diligence.
  • Understanding of legislative and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and document-management skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document-management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Salary
