Key Responsibilities

Supervise junior nursing staff, coordinate patient care across wards, and ensure compliance with Ministry of Health protocols. Duties include clinical assessments, mentoring students, managing stock and supplies, and participating in quality improvement committees. Deputize for the Nurse Manager during absences.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors in Registered Nursing and Midwifery
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Health Professions Councils of Namibia
  • Adherence to the guiding principles of the Roman Catholic
  • 3 years appropriate experience as a Registered Nurse Grade 8
  • Background in Administration and Finance as an added advantage
