Job Summary

The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) is inviting applications for its 2027 Internship Programme – Session 1. Gain practical experience, build your skills and contribute to Africa’s development at one of the continent’s leading institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain professional experience and be part of Africa’s development agenda.
  • Work at Headquarters, regional/country offices or remotely
  • Exposure to a leading pan-African development institution

Requirements

  • Citizen of an AfDB member country
  • 30 years or younger at the time the internship commences (January 2027)
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree programme, or have completed a Master’s degree within the past year
  • Fluent in English or French
  • Provide proof of enrolment or copy of degree and a comprehensive CV
