Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents
• Manage and monitor project costs
• Conduct site measurements and valuations
• Prepare progress claims and final accounts
• Cost control and budget management
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. MS Office, CostX, WinQS or similar)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s licence (advantage)
