Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing planned maintenance, repairs and emergency call-outs.
• Ability to schedule technicians, manage work orders and monitor service delivery.
• Budgeting, quotations, procurement and stock-control experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication and record keeping.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ building, facilities or technical-maintenance experience.
• Relevant plumbing, electrical, building maintenance or facilities qualification.
• Proven experience supervising technical and general maintenance teams.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building systems.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, computer proficiency and after-hours availability.
