Job Summary

We are looking for a SENIOR MASSAGE THERAPIST to join our tribe! This position will be responsible for all Massage treatments at our luxury lodge, Onduli Ridge in the Damaraland area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing high-quality massage therapies and treatments to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic Spa at all times.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Safari Boutique – Assist guests with their purchases, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
  • Promote and upsell boutique products to maximize sales.
  • Conduct training with the Junior Therapist to ensure the high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts and place orders timeously for the Spa and Safari Boutique.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.

Requirements

  • Must be a Namibian citizen.
  • Must have relevant massage qualifications.
  • At least 2 years work experience at a luxury lodge.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Skills to train junior employees professionally and patiently.
  • Strong ethics, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Position requires long and flexible working hours.

Salary & Benefits

Market related salaries which include Pension contributions, Medical Aid contributions, Long Service Awards (14th Cheques), Performance based annual bonus (13th Cheques). Accommodation & meals are included for this position.
