Salary: Retainer fee based on completion and submission of proposals, as well as sourcing of funds. A negotiable percentage incentive will be applied to successful proposals and secured funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a resource mobilisation strategy.
• Identify and engage potential donors, partners, and funding agencies.
• Write and submit compelling funding proposals.
• Lobby and advocate for financial support from businesses, government, and development partners.
• Secure core funding and resources to sustain monthly operations.
• Provide regular reports on fundraising progress and donor engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in Development Studies, Business, Communications/related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, proposal writing, and donor relations (NGO experience preferred).
• Strong networking and lobbying skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

Salary
