Key Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE compliance and scaffolding activities
• Conduct inspections, observations and audits
• Review risk assessments, permits and toolbox talks
• Monitor work-at-height and fall-protection controls
• Investigate and report incidents and near misses
• Stop unsafe work and ensure corrective action
• Provide safety coaching and briefings

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 5 years’ HSE experience
• Scaffolding & work-at-height experience
• SAMTRAC, NEBOSH or equivalent preferred
• Incident Investigation experience
• Risk Assessment/JSA experience
• Working-at-Height & Fall Protection certification
