The Directorate of Land Reform within the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform is responsible for administering land reform, land use planning, and allocation policies in Namibia. The Land Use Planning Section focuses on sustainable land resource management, integrated regional land use planning, and equitable distribution of land resources to support rural development and national food security.
