Job Summary

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the commercial, contractual and procurement governance of the Project, including contracting and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial, contractual and procurement governance of the Project, including contracting and procurement strategies.
• Lead tender evaluations, negotiations and award recommendations, and oversee contract administration.
• Control change, assess variations and claims, oversee payments and conclude final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of construction and supply contracts, claims, variations, securities, insurances and close-out.
• Proven negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement governance, anti-bribery controls and Delegation of Authority.

Requirements

• Qualification in Commercial Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Law, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 15 years’ commercial, contracts and/ or procurement experience, including senior commercial management in an Owner’s Team, EPC or EPCM environment.
