Job Summary

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide technical oversight of electrical, instrumentation, control, telecommunications and OT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight of electrical, instrumentation, control, telecommunications and OT systems.
  • Review EPCM designs for HV/MV infrastructure, substations, DCS/SCADA, automation and power supply integration.
  • Coordinate contractors and vendors through procurement, construction, commissioning and operational handover.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering; professional registration or eligibility (Pr. Eng. advantageous).
  • Minimum 15 years’ EIC engineering experience, including 8 years in mining, mineral processing or heavy industry.
  • Strong HV/MV, process control, automation and EPCM contractor management experience.
  • Greenfield mine development and Southern African project experience advantageous.
