Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining approved control budgets, commitments, actual costs, accruals, forecasts, and preparing cost reports and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the approved control budget, commitments, actual costs, accruals and forecasts.
• Prepare EAC, forecast-to-complete and cash-flow forecasts and maintain change registers.
• Prepare cost reports and variance analysis and support financial close-out.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, Commerce or Project Management.
• Minimum 10-15 years’ project cost-control experience in an Owner’s Team, EPCM or major project environment.
• Strong site-based construction cost-management experience across multiple contracts and work packages.
• Proficiency in cost-control and ERP systems; SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel advantageous.
