Key Responsibilities

– Responsible for ensuring that cutting lists for all confirmed orders are accurate and correctly processed.
– Assist customers professionally with guidance and support where discrepancies occur on cutting lists.
– Capture all information contained on cutting lists into the cutting list optimization program.
– Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence at all times.
– Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
– Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.

Requirements

– Minimum Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
– Minimum 1 year experience in a joinery industry or a similar position.
– Knowledge of relevant cut list programs will be an added advantage.
– Must be fluent in English.
