Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize sales growth opportunities
• Administration management
• Management of margins
• Shrinkage and expense controls
• Manage stock holding within budgeted levels
• Ensure proper stock-taking procedures
• Monitor the buying function
• Perform Floor Inspections daily to check merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Ensure effective use of posters, shelf talkers and display material
• Effective leadership, creating a conducive environment
• Training of employees, and implement company systems, policies and procedures
• Oversee the Service Department, ensuring availability of products and services

Requirements

• Minimum of 5years’ experience in Branch Manger position
• Experience in the FMCG environment
• Excellent communications skills (written and Verbal)
• Strong administrative and numerical skills
• Computer literate
• Customer service orientated
• Technical proficiency
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
