Key Responsibilities:
– Handle travel enquiries, quotations and reservations
– Prepare travel itineraries, holiday packages and accurate costings
– Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, lodges, transport providers and tourism suppliers
– Manage booking confirmations, travel documentation and client follow-ups
– Maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers
– Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry
– Strong knowledge of Namibian tourism destinations, accommodation and attractions
– Proven experience in reservations, itinerary preparation and package costing
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
– Strong organisational and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
