The National Disability Council of Namibia (NDCN) is a statutory body established in terms of the National Disability Council Act, 2004 (Act No. 26 of 2004). Its mandate is to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the National Policy on Disability, promote awareness, coordinate government initiatives, and champion programs that protect and improve the welfare and rights of persons with disabilities in Namibia.
